portobello mushroom sandwich

Portobello Mushroom & egg sandwich

in pan cook 1/4 of chopped portobello mushroom in olive oil
fry 1 egg (cook sunny side up and then flip, cook on both sides)
toast 2 pieces of whole wheat bread
add mayonnaise & mustard to bread
put all together


cooked from egg, bread & portobello mushroom bought at farmers market on saturday.
