so I've started embroidery

this is my first piece. Went to Michael's to get gouache. Learned they don't sell gouache or art boards so i walked around and got some embroidery supplies. I've dappled in it in the past but now i feel driven to embroider. it is easy to take around with you and not messy. Something you can do with your hands that doesn't require a surface to work with. It's all freehand style, like drawing with the thread. All of the colors in this piece I cut the same size which i thought was kind of cool. the hoop size was the smallest they had. I guess I like mini lately.
